How do I ship inclusions to you?Upon placing your order you shall receive an email with address and instructions.

Do you ship to America or Australia?Yes, we ship worldwide.

When should I expect to receive my order after placing an order?All of our assortment in the shop usually takes between 2 to 3 weeks to complete. However, full custom orders created through Custom Service take between 8 to 10 weeks, due to its highly customisable nature.

Do you work with human ashes?Our business is based in Poland, and in Poland, it is against the law to transport human ashes; however, we work with human hair.

Can I send froozen milk which is 2 years old?Yes.

Can Include more than one colour in jewellery?Yes, of course, each piece of jewellery includes just one selection of color, but you can mention an additional color free of charge in the Special Requests field.

What happens to rest of unused milk?If you don’t express a specific instruction on what to do with your unused milk, we will store it for you for the next 6 months in case you would like to make more jewelry out of it. In this case, you won’t have to send us your breast milk again, and you will get a discount for further pieces of jewelry created with this preserved breast milk.

What happens to the unused ashes?We ask for a very small amount of ashes to be sent to us (less than half a teaspoon). All the unused ashes will be sent back to you with your order.

How much of breast milk do you need?For any breast milk jewellery we need 5ml, but please send at least 10ml.
